Joined JJ in autumn 2023 as Site Operations Manager at an exciting time of change and significant growth.

I started my working life age 15 for a transport company as weekend/holiday cover washing/loading trucks. Since those days I have over 35 years career experience, starting in Warehousing and shipping then into manufacturing & production working up to similar roles as now with experience in both branded and Private Label/own brand for customers across Healthcare, Beverage and Fresh Produce plus time in Feed Manufacturing.

I love operational management and get most satisfaction from developing individuals into collaborative teams to deliver excellent customer service as part of a continuous improvement culture.  Outside of work I enjoy DIY, spending time with our family and two dogs. My favourite bird would be the Wren.
