Charlie Johnston, Procurement Manager, having officially joined the company in 2020 but like Richard started by sweeping the floors of the factory during summer breaks. His career began in the factory, where having an interest in woodwork he worked in the woodshop, and progressed within the organization, acquiring a wealth of knowledge along the way. His journey from production to management has equipped him with a comprehensive perspective on operations, and he thrives on optimizing processes and ensuring efficient procurement practices.

Charlie is known for his commitment to excellence in every aspect of his work. With a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail, he has become an integral part of the team.

Outside of work, Charlie has a passion for all types of theatre and a keen interest in woodworking, as well as being an avid collector of trading cards. Favourite birds are Blue & Gold Macaws, Robins, and Toucans.
