This Classic Nest Box has been made using 15mm saw falling redwood for good insulation and protection for nesting birds. It has a 32mm entrance hole, perfectly sized to accommodate a range of birds. The body of the nest box is treated in a larch colour and the roof is finished in an elegant green. The treatment used is a non-toxic, water-based stain which also contributes to longevity. The front piece can be easily removed for cleaning when the birds have left the nest box. Johnston & Jeff design and make all of their wooden products in their own woodshop in Yorkshire, using only sustainably sourced timber.
