Sunflower Hearts

Sunflower hearts are the kernels of the black sunflower seeds and as a result, they share all the same nutrients as black sunflower seeds and wild birds love them.

Although they are more expensive, sunflower hearts do have a couple of advantages over black sunflower seeds. They’re easier for the birds to eat because they don’t have to remove the husks which usually build up around your feeding area.

As with Black Oil Sunflower Seeds, we put Sunflower Hearts into some of our blends, but also supply them as an individual food item.
